Therapist Overview
Even before Covid, life has been challenging! Between juggling jobs, family, financial obligations, and health, you may be experiencing anxiety, depression, confusion, or grief. I work with people in a variety of life stages. The adolescent seeking identity, the couple in crisis, the parents of teens, the grieving spouse – all look for ways to take that next life step. A counseling relationship can offer that safe space to process these life demands and to discover some resources. Often you hold the answers right within your own self. You simply need the therapist’s encouragement to discover this. As a Licensed Clinical Counselor and a Marriage and Family Therapist I provide individual and family therapy to persons in times of transition. I have much training with adolescents, adults, and families. I also work with grief and spirituality. I use Cognitive Behavioral techniques and mindfulness tools to help emotional regulation and communication. I know that you are working hard to live your very best life. I would be honored for the chance to come alongside you, to help you gain new perspective, and to help you find the courage to take the next step. Yes, life can be difficult. But the hope is often right within reach.
