Are you feeling a bit stuck? Having trouble launching into that next thing? Want change, but don’t know how to get there? Let’s meet. Finding that therapist that you feel comfortable with can be challenging, but I task you with coming in. That’s the first and hardest step for sure. We will work together to find strategies to better dealing with things that are presenting challenges in your everyday life. The idea is that we explore and sift through things that may be keeping you feeling stuck and hopefully get to a point where you are better equipped to use your toolbox for coping and managing those challenges. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy. Our sessions may include exploration, discovery, reflection, forgiveness, tears, laughter and hopefully some growth. From there we will work to develop coping skills and insight, allowing us to create a practical approach to positive change. EVENING AND WEEKEND HOURS AVAILABLE
