I mostly use DBT which helps clients learn distress tolerance to help them cope during crisis situations. I use mindfulness so that you can learn to slow your thoughts down and stay in the moment instead of worrying about the past or present. I teach emotion regulation that give you the best chance of getting through the rough times in life. Lastly, I help you with interpersonal effectiveness so your relationships go smoother.
