Hi there and welcome. My goal for my clients is total healing and wellness. Most people come to therapy because they feel lost, broken or stuck and are looking to be whole again. As a therapist I want to help my clients realize their full potential in a safe setting where they can be vulnerable with their emotions. Anxiety disorders, eating disorders, grief, and depression do not have to control your life. I work with clients helping them reframe and relearn new ways to experience emotions in the journey to become whole again. I have been in practice since 2003 and have worked both in the community setting as well as the private practice setting. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. In addition I enjoy using the creative arts within the therapeutic setting. I specialize in anxiety disorders, eating disorders, addictions, grief/ loss, and trauma. I work with families, individuals, and groups. Helping clients find purpose in their em
