I know that reaching out of our comfort zone to try and find the right therapist can be a daunting task. I understand that finding a therapist that is a good fit can be challenging, or stressful, which is why I do free consultations, to make sure that we are going to work well together. As a disabled veteran, myself, I understand what it’s like to open up to somebody new. As a therapist I always strive to ensure that my clients feel as if they are not being judged, regardless of topics that we discuss in therapy, and that we have a safe environment to share.
