I can help individuals, families, and children heal from traumatic experiences. I can help you with relationship issues. The most important relationship is the one with yourself. I have experience working with self-esteem issues, domestic violence, child neglect, child trauma, adult trauma, and sexual assault cases. I use Virginia Satir, cognitive behavioral, and choice theories. Using play therapy techniques (both child directed and Gestalt), I can help children age 3 and up. Play therapy is useful for people of all ages, although it is primarily used for children. For children, I use art, clay, games, sandtray, and puppets. For adults, sandtray is an existential exercise that can help them heal from experiences, such as, a traumatic childhood. Each one of my clients is special to me. I am in partnership with my clients to help them make a better world for themselves.
