Janet Whitt Farrell

I help clients develop insight into their emotional well-being and to improve the coping skills they need to face life’s challenges. I provide the guidance needed to improve their communication and relationships and help them move past challenges that are blocking them from achieving their personal goals. I provide encouragement, support and consider the client’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. My goal is to provide compassionate, quality care and assist individuals, couples, and families in reaching their highest potential by optimizing their relationships with others and more importantly, with themselves. I join with the client to provide a personalized approach incorporating various therapeutic methods, including, EFT, Gottman and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have special interest and training in the following areas: depression/anxiety, marital/premarital, grief, cancer, family conflict, co-dependency, life transitions and general adult issues. I am passionate about helping others in their personal growth and relationships. As a therapist, I accompany individuals and families on their journey towards living more whole, authentic and fulfilling lives. I support clients through challenging times to greater healing, treating the whole person, while considering the mind, body and spirit.
