Sometimes in life you hit the bump in the road and need help to navigate in a new direction. Transitions are easier when you have support. This is true for adults, as well as children. Over the past 32 years I have helped many children,parents, adults and couples become their best self by exploring what helps or hinders this process. I am trained in multi-modal therapy, which looks at each person wholistically. This means I consider not just your thinking but also your social, physical and emotions, Together we look at strengths and areas that need attention to help gain equilibrium. With children I use sand tray therapy as well as other modalities. I served as a military family life counselor for six years at home and abroad.
