Therapist Overview

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and co-founder of Cleveland Therapy Group. I strive to meet my clients where they are in their own individual journeys. As your psychotherapist, it’s my honor to be apart of your therapeutic process in whichever way you may guide me. I hope to assist in guiding you in reaching your goals and achieving overall wellness. I am informed in a psychodynamic approach utilizing a client-centered perspective. I have developed specializations in crisis intervention, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I’ve completed a psychoanalytic psychotherapy program at the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR. I received my Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies, and earned a Masters degree from Cleveland State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples.
