I am passionate about helping others, and it’s important to me to offer the best therapy approach for your individual situation. I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy for trauma, depression and grief. I also practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for addiction, and I utilize Mindfulness approach and Systemic Therapy. I have spent the last 30 plus years working with people from all different walks of life, and different cultural backgrounds.
