JAC (he/him) is a trans-genderqueer femme, disabled, two-spirit, Native American radical activist & social worker. He works with transgender youth & young adults ages 11-25 with high needs, who wish to process their identities, experiences, & health including depression, bipolar moods, anxiety, dissociation, trauma (abuse, sexual assault, familial, religion, online exploitation), self-harm, suicidality, & disability/chronic pain. He is a trauma-informed feminist, sex positive, allied to multiples/alters, kink-positive, & poly inclusive. He specializes in gender, sexuality, & serving the greater trans, queer, & LGBTQPIA2S+ community. JAC helps with accessing trans medical care (HRT, surgeries), name & gender marker changes, housing, employment, or public assistance, trans education for loved ones of trans people, support for survivors of violence, collaboration with schools, & support for trans youth in foster care. He provides hormone/surgery letters in one visit (with rare exceptions)
