My passion and purpose in life is to help children and families overcome problems to live resilient, fulfilling, inspired lives. I provide parenting skills training, individual, and family therapy for children and adolescents. I also provide comprehensive psychological testing for children 6 through 14 years old related to ADHD, Specific Learning Disabilities, Mood and Behavioral Problems, and Giftedness. I work to identify your child’s strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted interventions to help them grow and thrive. I am also a Christian and can incorporate spirituality and faith-based techniques for those interested. I believe we can find goodness in even the most difficult times. Providing a safe space to process hurt and develop coping skills is my goal in treatment. Utilizing cognitive restructuring and behavior modification we can change our brain’s automatic responses that are contributing to mood and behavior problems.
