I specialize in trauma, depression, ADHD, and anxiety with adults and children. I have been in practice for 10 years. I provide a warm, safe, fun, and encouraging atmosphere. I consider various factors such as, genetic predisposition, biological, psychological and social processes, to understand the person fully. I stay abreast with not only the recent developments in the field of psychology but also evidence based treatments. I am Licensed in California and Kansas. I am currently providing Zoom therapy only. I also provide Life Coaching for trauma healing and Law of Attraction internationally online. I utilize Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and EFT. I feel it’s important for people who have experienced trauma to know that talk therapy will not release trauma from the body, but it can be done through Brain Spotting and other somatic interventions.
