I am honored when someone makes the decision to work with me to change their life. One on one, I aim to create a compassionate, collaborative, conversational, and trusting atmosphere. My goal is to explore your feelings, treat root issues, and discover your strengths to apply them toward healing and growth. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, or simply need help decreasing stress, you do not have to do it alone. I would love to help you resolve your problems, enhance your life, and lead you toward the peace, joy, and hope that God has planned for you. I believe the best way to approach recovery is by exploring and treating all aspects of a person: emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Training (CPT), and Christian based principles where desired.
