I work with individuals, adolescents and families. Additionally I work with couples going through relationship distress, pre-marital, communication, separation or divorce. I also have experience working with religious and cultural minorities, and I am able to understand the complexities of mental health that may arise in conjunction with these aspects of your identity. In particular, I have worked with Middle Eastern, South Asian & African communities, which allows for me to emulate that expertise with other cultures as well.
