Are you feeling unfulfilled? stuck? An empty void that you simply can’t explain? Maybe you’ve been doing things that you never thought you’d find yourself doing. Maybe you’ve been feeling something negative for a while that you can’t seem to shake. Perhaps you feel like it’s time to change those bad patterns. I really enjoy what I do and in the years that I’ve been doing this I wake up looking forward to doing what I do. Whether it’s working with people who have been feeling depressed, anxious, angry, or struggling with addiction – or working with families who have had a difficult time adjusting – I do my best to help. I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from the State University College at Buffalo and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College. I am fully licensed to practice Mental Health Counseling and hold a credential as a substance abuse counselor through the office of alcohol and substance abuse services. I trained in EMDR in 2015 I use
