Therapist Overview

I believe that each person has inherent strengths to overcome life’s challenges, and therapy can help you tap into these qualities. In addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, or strained relationships, I can help you identify your goals and work towards them, in a warm and accepting environment. I have been counseling adolescents and adults since 2009. I received my bachelor’s degree from TCU and obtained my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Since this time, I have worked with a variety of clients, helping them overcome barriers to a fulfilling life and reach their goals. I have training in Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My approach to counseling is client-centered and open-minded. I enjoy helping clients identify their goals in life and reach those goals to create a fulfilling life.
