Therapist Overview
I believe that you can find hope in a lot places. You can see it in a stranger’s smile, feel it in a parent’s embrace, or hear it in the sweet sound of an old hymn. More than any other place, I believe we look for hope in our relationships. Unfortunately, the reality for most of us is that our relationships are where we find our greatest pain. Whether we have been hurt or maybe we have done the hurting, the pain of disconnection, rejection and abandonment leave their mark on our lives. We long to heal from these universal aches. This healing points us to the hope we desire. We hope for a better tomorrow, for strength through pain, or for joy in the midst of sorrow. Hope can be seen in the dawn after the darkest of nights; in the morning’s light. You are not alone in that searching and you do not have search in isolation. Morning Light Therapy was created to help people, regardless of status, gender, ethnicity, or ability, to find hope while facing the hardships of life.
