When you have experienced a trauma or loss, you can feel lost, overwhelmed and hopeless. Sometimes you question your own reactions and wonder if you are normal. Sometimes you might wonder if you will ever feel better. My role is to help show the path and help you find your way to finding your own strength and resilience. I want to help you appreciate who you are and remove any negativity and shame you might feel. There is a way to feel better and stronger and it is my honor to be able to share that journey with you. In our work together, we start where you feel comfortable. Much like a personal trainer would help someone to get stronger, I help you feel emotionally stronger so you are ready to address the trauma or loss and feel stronger and more hopeful.
