Therapist Overview
I believe that “No man is an Island…” (John Donne), and being in relationship with one another can be hard, but worth it. I have a passion in working with children, individuals, couples, and families in restoring relationships with each other, and ultimately finding relational peace. My goal in therapy is to create a non-judgmental, safe space, as you begin to share what brought you in. I graduated from Regis University, and am currently a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate. With the education I received and being an MFTC, I would like the opportunity to listen, challenge, and walk through any struggles life throws your way. I specialize in grief/loss. I completed a year long intensive internship with Judi’s House/JAG Institute, where I received specialized training with their Pathfinders curriculum. I am currently a member of their Community Pathfinders Providers, and am able to provide that Pathfinders curriculum to you today. Finding a Therapist can take time and be down right frustrating. I would love to make your search a lot easier, so call or email me today to set up a free 30 minute phone or in person consultation to see if I am the right fit for you!
