The foundation of my work is honing in on the inherent capability of my clients in order to reach their goals and develop a life that best serves them. My interest and experience is in providing treatment for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, couple and family communication issues, life stage transition difficulties, and trauma related to race, sexuality and gender. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults of all backgrounds. I use a culturally informed, structural approach to help clients increase awareness and understanding.
