Many of the clients I work with are looking for emotional support and greater direction in life. Some of the problems I have helped my clients with include: depression, anxiety, relationship problems, isolation, trauma, addiction, and anger management. I will help you learn how to: •Live more fully with passion and feeling. •Find greater calmness through relaxation strategies and meditation. •Thinking more clearly about the problems that you are faced with. •Gain insight into your obstacles through increasing self awareness and mindfulness. •Communicate in a more effective and constructive way. I create a safe place where you feel like you can talk about whatever is going on. Some of the approaches I use includes: Empathic Listening without judgment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Communication Skills Training, Mindfulness Practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
