Welcome! Life has it’s challenges and it takes a wise person to search for support. You’ve come to the right place. I’m going to share a little about me and how I plan to support you. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2011). I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Since graduating, I’ve been refining my skills in counseling. I have experience working in various settings (psychiatric facility, community-in home, outpatient and now in private practice). I’ve worked with a diverse population, ranging from young children to the elderly. I support clients with a wide range of issues including but not limited to (ADHD, PTSD, life changes, anger management, depression, and anxiety). I’m well versed personally and professionally in the struggles of anxiety, grief and loss, and I know the importance of establishing a therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a collaborative process and on this journey together, I will help you work toward your goals by helping you identify the root cause of your problem while equipping you with the therapeutic tools that you can apply to your life.
