My central focus is relationships. I believe it is often from relationship change, stress, and disappointment, that many of our current struggles stem. We may have some wounds from our parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, etc. that began patterns in our way of relating to them and others. So, my primary focus is to build a healthy, authentic, and trustworthy relationship with my clients. Once this foundation is created, we can begin to look at those patterns to bring about awareness and eventually change. Change that will break those norms and create new ways to engage with the world. I am especially skilled at working with individuals who feel stuck in their life. Issues of sexuality can bring about this confusion and sadness due to people feeling shame about who they are.
