Relationships, no matter what kind make us who we are. We can not know who we are if we don’t know of those around us. Our everyday interactions with those around us, large or small, impact us as a result. There’s nothing more rewarding than sitting with clients, hearing how small changes towards healthy relationships has improved their lives. This includes nurturing the relationship with self- an important relationship in all our lives that we often ignore. My therapeutic approach is all about fairness- making sure that everyone is getting and giving what they want, need, and what those they are in a relationship with need. I take special interest and considerations of how past childhood traumas have impacted current relationships. I specialize in services for individuals, couples, and families. I bring humor, kindness, and patience in my journeys with my client. I create and hold a nonjudgmental space for all regardless of background and identities. From a simple decision-making problem to dealing with multiple complex trauma, we can walk together in this journey towards helping you to live your best life.
