Adult women will be empowered to better manage and resolve any issues they face by developing coping skills and confidence needed to make life changing decisions to overcome life controlling problems. Anger Management sessions are available online to empower women to learn about their anger, deal with negative emotions, manage their angry feelings, develop an anger control plan, identify anger triggers, and develop strategies to manage anger in a healthy and constructive way. You will learn strategies to remain calm when provoke by anger.
