Therapist Overview

***I am not currently accepting new patients*** I approach therapeutic work with a focus on developing a caring, honest, accepting, and unique counseling relationship with each client. Within this dynamic I encourage clients to develop a strong curiosity about their internal emotional worlds, while empowering them to find the strength and self-compassion within themselves to delve deeply into therapeutic work. I specialize in working with adults and couples struggling with anxiety, self-acceptance, gender expression, sexual identity, and relationship difficulties. I have been trained in Psychodynamic and Behavioral Therapy techniques which I integrate with my training in Queer and Feminist theory, as well as Humanistic and Person-Centered therapy.
