Therapist Overview

I offer therapy to children, adolescents, and families. While I have experience with a variety of presenting concerns, I have a special interest in helping children and adolescents cope with anxiety, executive functioning challenges, OCD, and family conflict. I am also passionate about coaching parents to develop more cohesive parenting styles to strengthen their relationships with their children and enhance overall family functioning. Whatever the reason for coming to therapy, we will work together to identify the barriers that are maintaining your struggles and draw from your strengths to identify tools to help you through it! I graduated from the Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy Program at the Family Institute at Northwestern University. I use an Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST) approach that primarily draws interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, and Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT).
