Therapist Overview

*Accepting New Clients* Do you have a teen or are you a teen who is overcome with anxiety? Are you struggling to get up in the morning and get to school? Do you feel hopeless and contemplate self-harm and suicide? You are not alone. I believe the bravest thing you can do is ask for help. It is my great honor to sit with my clients and listen to their unfiltered stories with zero judgement. I specialize in working with teens and twenty-somethingā€™s who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and school avoidance. I also work with survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence, both women and men. It would be my privilege to help you find hope again and to look to the future with confidence.
