I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. We can all feel lost, scared, confused, or overwhelmed by what life has thrown at us. I strive to provide a safe and accepting space, free of judgement where you can express your thoughts, feelings, fears, and desires. Together we can identify strengths, develop coping skills, and utilize resiliency in working towards feeling more confident in navigating life’s challenges. I utilize an eclectic and humanistic approach based upon each individual’s needs and concerns. This allows me to draw from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as solution focused ideas to meet you exactly where you are. Together we will work to identify areas for growth on the path to finding your best self. I have worked with a wide scope of clients helping each of them to manage and understand their inner battles. I have also worked as part of a team to provide crisis support and stabilization. I am committed to helping others create positive change in their lives.
