Deciding if you should stay in a relationship or end it can be a very painful decision. Relationships are the center of who we are, it’s how we define our families and even ourselves. When a relationship isn’t working it can feel all consuming and leave you feeling anxious, stressed and alone. If kids are involved then the struggle is more than real, it can be agonizing! If you are finding that just talking it over with friends and family isn’t enough, therapy can help. In a warm and safe setting you can evaluate your options, whether it’s deciding to separate, divorce or improve the relationship. My specialty is relationships and helping you with yours. I work to help people on the fence of whether to divorce with integrity or stay and work on the relationship. You will find me to be warm and genuine and will take your success in therapy seriously. I offer day/evening appointments, telehealth or in person and walking therapy in a beautiful park.
