She/Her/Hers
I’m a seasoned practitioner of Individual and Group Psychotherapy. My practice areas include: changing relationship patterns, navigating life transitions (i.e., divorce, career change, retirement, etc.), “people pleasing”, self-esteem & self-confidence, and issues of importance to women. I often work with high functioning folks who are motivated by personal growth, change, and/or healing. I love my work and consider it a privilege to have a role in the therapeutic change process.
Therapist Overview
I’m a Certified Group Psychotherapist (American Group Psychotherapy Association) and am passionate on the power of women’s groups. Group offers a unique opportunity to experience the wisdom, support, and perspective of other women.
Group members tend to have good self-awareness and insight and are supportive of each other. As members learn more about themselves, the group as a whole transforms, and members become agents of change for each other.
My groups are on-going; an opening for a new member happens when a current member leaves the group.
For many members, group becomes a valued touchstone and place to give– and to receive– perspective on life experiences.
I currently lead four groups– two of which meet alternative weeks, and two of which meet monthly.
