Elizabeth Randall

Ever since childhood, I have been inspired by the depth and breadth of the human experience. I have a passion for learning the internal and external workings of individuals, groups and systems across varied cultural backgrounds. Along with constant learning, I seek to support people in being heard, understood and empowered. It is these core values that led me toward a bachelor’s degree in language studies, and later, to a master’s degree in social work. These two degrees allow me to consider carefully the emotional experience of an individual, while accounting for the unique ways in which we communicate and develop meaning. My approach to therapy is strength-based and considers the whole person, validating and honoring your unique perspective and experiences. Goals are determined and worked on in collaboration with you and your value system. I am experienced in providing evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT and parent-child coaching with Incredible Years (IY). I am flexible and open to adjusting our therapeutic relationship to suit your specific needs and interests – from giving homework and offering challenges, to providing you a safe space to express and process feelings. Personal growth has many forms, and I am here for you and your path of healing and growth.
