Are you a military member, veteran, or military dependent? I grew up in a military family and am now a military spouse—I get the struggle to survive long distances and career changes. As a therapist, I am motivated to help military couples and families find the balance between relationships, kids, careers, and daily life. Smart, capable folks who love one another can get caught in painful relationship patterns that leave them feeling disconnected both emotionally and physically. I can help. While I don’t take insurance, I do offer military discounts and can help with “out of network” insurance information. I have lots of research and training to know what works. I’m specifically trained in working with military families, and the impact of trauma—including combat, military sexual trauma, relationship violence, PTSD, etc. I’m also currently working on a PhD in Marriage & Family Therapy.
