Therapist Overview
In response to COVID-19, I am offering all of my regular services via telehealth or phone only. I focus on learning who a person is uniquely, and I take an active role in treatment, offering genuine warmth and support, as well as practical feedback. I draw from various theoretical approaches to provide the most appropriate treatment for each individual’s specific goals. I commonly incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion. As a licensed clinical social worker I have had the pleasure of working in cities across the United States with a wide range of individuals from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The relationship between therapist and client creates a dynamic that illuminates the client’s strengths and obstacles and facilitates meaningful shifts in behavior and self-worth. I currently work with adults and my areas of special interest include anxiety, excessive worry, OCD, grief, relational conflict, and parenting. I currently see clients in my office at Catalyst
