Therapist Overview

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships struggles, and have a passion for supervising emerging professionals. I approach therapy with a sense of curiosity to help you explore behavior patterns, gain insight, and develop techniques that lead to a more peaceful “meaning filled” life. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to grow and make changes that you desire. I provide individual and family therapy to adolescents, college students, and adults. I am dedicated to customizing treatment to fit your individual needs, and draw upon a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Based Therapy (FBT). I believe that it takes an incredible amount of courage and strength to seek support, and I would be honored to walk next to you through your journey.
