My goal in therapy is to create a safe place where you can comfortably identify, process, and work through the challenges that are making it difficult to build the life you want. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with life transitions, relationship challenges, difficulties at work or school, and those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. In our work together, I will approach you as an individual and draw from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, problem-solving, and strengths-based perspectives. Over the years, I have worked with veterans and their families, as well as adolescents in the foster care system. I have also worked with those suffering from severe psychiatric illness, substance abuse, traumatic brain injury, and other cognitive disorders.
