I provide individual therapy grounded in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theories, with a flexible approach to understanding challenges and solutions. Together we will create a toolkit for your individualized wellness plan. I use an integrative approach which may include nutrition, exercise, medical and holistic therapy referrals where helpful. Your treatment plan may also include a supplemental reading list, homework, and/or use of apps designed to manage stress and increase mindfulness. My practice offers a warm and caring place to build skills and enhance your growth in the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
