Therapist Overview

Hi there! I’m Edlíz and I work with young adults who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression or other mental health illness, and self-esteem/interpersonal struggles. My goal in the therapeutic alliance is to create an opportunity for self-understanding and validation because let’s be honest, the quarter-life crisis is pretty legit.
