I believe each person has the potential to be free from the burden of symptoms that trauma, anxiety, and depression can create. People often come to counseling unsure of what they want to be different but knowing that they would like something to change. I enjoy working with people who are trying to identify goals and those who already have goals in mind. I strive to create an accepting and safe environment for all people. I have specialized training in working with depression, anxiety and anxiety disorders, and the treatment of survivors of sexual assault and/or abuse as well as other traumas.
