Being a Hawaii-born licensed psychologist, I understand the importance of balancing respect for culture and its practices with the demands of everyday life. At the same time, it can be difficult to find that balance. We navigate life the best we can on our own and there are times when we could benefit from support. The decision to seek out therapeutic support is not easy, and yet, it can be one of the most significant first steps toward that balance. I have over 11 years of experience working with individuals with a variety of experiences, stories, and struggles, and I support my clients from a non-judgmental and genuine standpoint. My breadth of inpatient/outpatient experience provides me with a solid foundation to work with children, adolescents, and adults.
