Hello! I’m so glad you have made the brave, important decision to try therapy. My experience includes working with children, adults, and teens individually and in group settings. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship conflicts, depression, academic issues, and work/career related issues. I have a passion for working with women dealing with issues related to self-worth, empowerment, and family related issues. I also enjoy working with young adults, helping them cope with stress and adjusting to the pressures of transitioning into adulthood. My goal is to establish a non-judgmental environment where clients can achieve greater self-awareness and make mental health a priority. I want to empower and assist with achieving goals. I focus on helping clients discover their self-worth and core values so that they can build healthy mental health habits and relationships they are proud of. I know from my own experience that reaching out for help can be very stressful. I use a variety of approaches, including CBT and Person-Centered Therapy, so that the process of therapy can meet your specific needs. Therapy should empower you & give you the skills that will allow you to achieve your goals and manage the ups and downs of life. Let’s talk soon!
