Therapist Overview
I’ll be out of the office until 01/12/21. Everyone struggles with something, and finding someone to talk openly with can sometimes be challenging. Whether you’re having trouble in your relationships, feeling down all the time, or too angry or anxious to do the things you want to do, psychotherapy may be what you need at this moment. I have 9 years experience working in behavioral health. Psychotherapy works, in part, by building a supportive relationship which allows you to openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I aim to provide a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and honest environment where this can take place. I offer person-centered therapy, focusing on your individual needs and goals. I believe people usually know what they want, but sometimes struggle with how to get there; I’m here to help you figure out healthy ways to pursue and maintain your goals, whether they be for improved functioning at work, school, in day-to-day living, or in your social life. I understand getting started can be scary; if you feel therapy may work to get you back on your feet again, please call to schedule an appointment and we can discuss how I may be able to help you.
