Therapist Overview
I am a psychotherapist (MFT) and a Certified Coach for the Psychology of Eating. My counseling sessions online and in person aim to help individuals (12 years old and older) and couples for a variety of issues, such as anxiety, life transitions, food related, behavioral, relational issues, and more. I provide space for those who are confused around their food choices and suffer silently and alone, so they can transform their relationship with their bodies and eating habits, and achieve greater self-esteem. Being a caregiver myself in the past, I’m deeply aware of caregivers’ struggles and I’m passionate about supporting them. Also, I very much enjoy working with teenagers and helping couples find deeper connection with each other. I believe that the needs to be heard and seen are basic human needs. I approach my clients with that in my mind and heart. In my client I see a human being that longs to stop suffering, to stop suffering alone. Sharing ourselves opens the doors to our innate capacity to heal and be whole again. I love providing the space for that.
