Therapist Overview

There are times during our lives when we feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or down. Sometimes we simply don’t feel like ourselves but can’t quite identify why. As a therapist I strive to cultivate a safe environment and partner with my clients as they develop deeper self-knowledge and better understanding of their own emotions and feelings; leading to healing and personal growth. I believe it is important to collaborate with my clients and work together to best understand clients’ concerns, their origins, and what can be done to empower my clients in their healing. I welcome adolescents, adults, and couples. I work with Chase; a therapy-dog in training. Chase is a 3 year old lab and simply put Chase is a happy dog who loves everyone. Chase is always excited to interact with clients and let clients love on him. I keep a kennel in my office for clients who do not care for dogs or are allergic to dogs.
