Therapist Overview

I am a mental health counselor and a university administrator. My 10 years of experience in student affairs, with special emphases in diversity and inclusion, LGBTQ+ and sexual assault survivor advocacy have helped guide my work in mental health. I use an integrative approach to therapy that is crafted around each individual in a safe, empathetic and supportive space. It’s of paramount importance to me that clients heal and challenge themselves while embracing all aspects of their identities. I enjoy helping college students, new mothers and mothers-to-be, couples, and adults, cope with adjustment related issues, stage of life concerns, acculturative stressors, LGBTQ+ issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar related disorders, trauma-related disorders, sexual issues and relationship concerns. You deserve to heal, to grow and to build happiness. I’d be honored to share this therapeutic process with you, whether it’s a stroll or a journey.
