As a therapist I have a passion for helping others and truly receive joy and happiness in the successes and accomplishments of others. I enjoy getting to know new people and being trusted to help them work through their most difficult life situations. You may find yourself traumatized, stressed, depressed or just having a really had time coping with life. Difficult situations happen to everyone and reaching out for help can be the first step in healing. I want my clients to be confident in any situation and have the skills needed to be independent in their thinking and decision making. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults, suffering through trauma, depression, anxiety. I provide an environment that is warm, safe, and accepting, as I feel this contributes greatly to working through issues relating to one’s mental health.
