Going to counseling can be intimidating, and I understand that. Connecting with someone and talking things through is essential for our “mental fitness.” Mental health/fitness is just as necessary as our physical fitness. Whether you want to map out a career change/advancement or struggling with life changes, anxiety, general stress, feeling overwhelmed, chronic illness, eating disorder, or something is just not right; please allow me to help you bring balance to your life. I often work from a strength-based and empowerment framework. I offer a holistic approach to our body’s health and wellness with an emphasis on mental health. I understand that work in my office is only a portion of what is needed for lasting changes, so I promise to offer tools you can implement anywhere to help conquer challenges and take back your life.
