I believe in working very collaboratively with people and I have a reputation for never giving up. I combine a very client centered approach with a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have always been amazed at the courage people exhibit with their issues. Together, we can work to look at the beliefs, thoughts, and emotions you have about yourself, your worldview and your relationships in order to make your life fuller and more enjoyable. I am a LCPC holding a Masters degree in counseling psychology. I have been a counsulting clinical director for two special needs schools in Maine as well as a contract therapist for three out patient clinics.
