So often, our lives are filled with communication issues, addiction or relationship problems and we don’t know where to turn. Sometimes one’s angst has been there since childhood, and many know they need help, but just need guidance on how to begin. Don’t deny yourself the chance to be empowered! I have studied trauma, grief/loss along with codependency, bipolar disorder, and addiction behavior.
